

Five years ago the Mayor of Seattle had decided that enough killing and mysterious disappearances had occurred in the preternatural community that laws must come to light to protect them from harm going further. With the aid of the Chief of Police, it was decided that an elite organization named The Seattle Preternatural Protection Bureau be formed to work alongside the RPIT Police Department unit of Seattle. Their goal was and still is to protect the supernatural community and bring any vigilante organizations or individuals that stand against them to justice. Their primary target was identified as Human's First. The year is 1905 in New York City, the most populated place in all of the United States. There is great unrest happening in the city. Many have disappeared, many have been killed, and the supernatural community seems to be the primary target. The humans are creating an uprising, and New York Herald reporter Tobi Haruno, grandfather of Maxwell, Tobias, and Bobby, is out to expose Human's First for who they really are. As his life becomes in further danger, he races to uncover the truth and the madman behind this new radical fanatic group that plans to wipe out each and every preternatural in the city. Lycans and vampires have been proven to be immune to the virus, even when bitten. However, they cannot survive being ripped limb from limb, which unfortunately happens when they are taken down by a group or horde of the undead. Everyone is a target. Nowhere is safe.
